Real Housewives of Miami Season 2 Confirmed

Wednesday, Alexia Echevarria, along with her husband, appeared at Lucky Strike Lanes in Miami Beach to celebrate the launch of Sean John's new fragrance Empress.

Celebuzz has confirmed that she has officially signed on for Real Housewives of Miami season 2 -- which I didn't even know to be happening. She tweeted to fans, "Dear Followers, Yes, #RHOM2 is coming back but there is going to be some BIG changes and that's all I can say...... so Stay tuned!"

After some digging I found out that it is likely everyone but Larsa Pippen will return. The reason she won't be back is because she is not a Miami resident.

Alexia Echeverria In A Big Fight With Hubby

Alexia Echeverria has a problem with how her husband Herman insists on spending his money. The Real Housewives of Miami star had it out with him at her co-star Lea Black’s annual gala for the Juvenile Services Department of Miami on April 2 at the Eden Roc Renaissance in Miami Beach.

Sources tell Hollywood Life they were fighting because Herman wouldn’t stop bidding on diamonds — seriously?!

If Alexia doesn’t want Herman — we’ll take him! Our source added that Alexia kept telling Herman she “didn’t need anymore diamonds” — can a girl ever have enough? Instead, Herman and Alexia walked away with a weekend at Joe Francis‘ home in Mexico that cost them a whopping $20,000. Um, hanging at the Girls Gone Wild guy’s house, or an incredible bracelet … is that even a question?

Are Miami's Housewives Worried About Editing?

Camille Grammer blamed her bad image on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo's tricky editing -- so are the women from the Real Housewives of Miami worried they'll fall victim to the show's editors too?

"I think you have to give people the material," Miami's Lea Black told reporters in a conference call, "And if they edit you ... I mean, as long as it’s in context, I don’t think you can blame anyone but yourself."

Black, a Miami socialite married to a criminal defense attorney, adds "No one can force you to say things that you say. Now if you’re making a joke and you’re saying something and it’s taking it out of context and put into a mean spirit then I might have an issue about the editing."

Black and co-star Alexia Echevarria say they haven't seen the final cut of the show yet, with Alexia telling reporters "it’s been a while, it’s been almost a year since we filmed but - so it’s going to be interesting."
